I have been supporting Sheela to grow more of her own food.  We have had great fun sowing and growing runner beans, coriander, peas, salad leaves, radishes, and strawberries.  I have also learned a lot from her gardening experience. During the school holidays we went to visit some gardens and went to the Kentish Town City Farm plant sale. At the beginning of August Sheela had a stroke.  I’m pleased to say that her recovery is going well.  Hopefully she will get her energy back and we’ll soon be back out in the garden!
