What is Open Garden Squares Weekend?
Open Garden Squares Weekend is a magical two-day event, where community gardens and private squares throughout London welcome visitors from around the world. Gardens range from historical private squares to contemporary roof gardens, prisons, barges.
One ticket gives access to over 200 gardens on both Saturday 8 and Sunday 9 June 2013.
You can see a full list of gardens or a selection based on area, entertainment, garden type, opening times and other criteria on the Open Squares website.
We are delighted that our association with the National Trust is continuing in 2013. The National Trust has always been about access to inspiring places and as much about outdoors spaces and so this is a very natural and appropriate association. Obviously there will be chances to visit some National Trust properties and you can see these here along with over 200 other gardens and squares that have been selected to participate in the 2013 weekend.
